Book Feast – reading bundle for any book

This bundle has been created with several weeks of learning in mind so has a great selection of learning opportunities for one book. Learning Intentions are included on every page.

This packet of reading activities contains 21 pages to use with any book! Select from author's purpose, vocabulary and literary devices to grammar, punctuation and designing a new book cover (just to name a few). Students can complete during or after reading texts.

Pages 3 to 23 are designed to be used as individual/one off pages. Each page contains a space at the top for students to record the book read and the author.

Pages 27 to 47 are designed to be used as a booklet. Print your chosen Book Feast cover (2 included to choose from) and attach the relevant pages for students to complete. The title and author are included on the front cover, not on each page.

As a suggestion, I select a book for three weeks and print out the relevant pages for that book feast ‘focus’. I will often include several copies of pages to complete especially when reading novels. Some of the multiple copies I include are the vocabulary, grammar and character pages.
