This file is designed to fit to an A4 page, you can select ‘fit to page’ if necessary via your printer options.

Instructions:

Students cut the horizontal lines (from the right) and fold back. They then glue along the strip remaining on the left hand side and place on top of a lined page. Children write or draw underneath each question. By completing one section at a time students are focused on that particular question, this is especially handy for special needs students or those who get distracted easily.
